Stock & Computers
Please note, we do not hold stock of computers and do not offer a walk in sales service, all goods are ordered on demand.
We can install existing equipment, new equipment purchased elsewhere, or we can supply and install equipment.
COVID - 19 Checklist for Visits;
Current Guidelines State: Where it is necessary for you to work in other people’s homes - for example... tradespeople - you can do so.
During Visits My Home Office Staff will;
- Avoid contact touching doorbells, door handles, sharing pens and other objects where possible
- Clean hands prior to visit and on leaving. Wear a mask where appropriate and convenient, wear gloves where appropriate and convenient
All equipment collected will be wiped down. As part of our remote pre configuration service, equipment is cleaned and placed into a sealed bag.
Under current government guidelines and also to protect everyone’s health and safety, we need to complete a short safety assessment prior to a visit, based on the following;
- Nobody in the household or office is self-isolating or showing symptoms of COVID19 .
- Nobody in the household or office is clinically vulnerable, or has been asked to shield.
- You will be able to maintain a social distance during the visit and any pets or animals will be kept at a distance
- All office workers or home residents will be able to maintain a social distance during the visit and any pets or animals will be kept at a distance.
- Areas where the engineer has worked, may need to be cleaned/wiped down after visit. For example computer keyboards, mice, routers, network boxes
